1. About INOYA
INOYA is a mobile application designed to help users pause, reflect, reduce mental overload, and organize their thoughts through a short guided reset process.
The app may include features such as emotional reflection, breathing exercises, simple journaling, identifying priorities, defining small next steps, reminders, and saved moments of clarity.
INOYA is a self-help and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device or a healthcare service.
2. Not Medical, Psychological, or Emergency Advice
INOYA does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or crisis intervention advice.
The app is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or consultation with a qualified professional.
If you feel that you may harm yourself or others, or if you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or crisis support service immediately.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use INOYA and for any actions, decisions, or interpretations you make based on your reflections in the app.
INOYA does not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, personal, or wellbeing outcome.
4. User Content
You may enter personal content into the app, including thoughts, reflections, notes, emotions, priorities, and small steps.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
5. Data and Storage
Depending on how the app is configured and how you use it, your data may be stored locally on your device and/or synced with backend services.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that data will always be available, error-free, or permanently stored.

6. Accounts and Guest Use
INOYA may allow you to use the app as a guest or through a registered account.

INOYA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, including during MVP, beta, or testing stages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INOYA and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, personal, technical, or data-related damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made based on the app, data loss, technical issues, unavailable features, or expectations regarding wellbeing outcomes.

INOYA may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, notifications, payments, artificial intelligence, or other app functionality.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
